Nicholas Weston principal Nick Weston was appointed as a WIPO Panelist in 2008 to determine disputes, many under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and, as of the date of writing, has determined 173 cases covering 374 domain names primarily in the generic Top Level Domains (gTLDs) space as well as the more recently introduced gTLDs such as .asia, .mobi, and .tel and country code Top Level Domains (ccTLDs) including the .com.au/ ccTLD.
